There were several of us holding a Bible class for young kids in the Bronx area of New York. I was outside I went up to see how things were going and the singing was good and then the message came. After all that the person who gave the msg asked if anyone would like to ask Jesus into their heart and lo and behold 2 that's right 2 (two) children accepted Jesus into their heart.
Praise God for what He did this morning in the second service in Calvary Chapel in Poughkeepsie N.Y. 8 people accepted Jesus Christ as their Saviour. God is moving among His people by His Spirit.

+ The move went very well and we just woke up from our first night in the flat. We were able to go to Sweden after all and came back late Monday night, so we moved Tuesday morning. It is more than amazing to have a home again! The trip was so refreshing and a total surprise and gift from God!
+Another praise is that the Big Issue guy we wrote about a few weeks ago, Giku, was able to bring his daughter to England yesterday so she can receive medical care. We saw him yesterday and he was very happy!
+Another praise, yesterday I also received a letter saying I will be getting maternity allowance, £130 per week for 39 weeks starting next month. God is providing! That is a huge help we didn't expect.
+ I had my scan yesterday and my placenta is still low. There is still plenty of time for it to move up before we need to consider a c-section. The baby is fine, and that's the most important thing!

The M’s- Israel
This past Wednesday, we had a wonderful time at our worship service for Sukkot. We had about 60 people who gathered to worship, share a meal in the sukkah booth, and dance to Israeli folk and klezmer music (provided by JM of course!) Many curious and surprised Israelis "happened" upon our celebration in city center, and some stopped to join in on the singing and dancing. No attempts were made to disrupt our celebration and the sukkah booth has remained undisturbed.
We continue to celebrate this holiday through the end of the week and will conclude with a congregational retreat in the Galilee area. Today the holiday is punctuated by an unusual event- the return of Gilad Shalit (IDFsoldier who has been held hostage by Hamas for the past 5 years.) There are many here with mixed feelings about the government deal made with Hamas which included the release of over 1000 Palestinian prisoners in exchange for Gilad. As difficult as these kinds of events may be to process emotionally, we trust the Lord who "..causes all things to work together for good..". Additionally, the return of Gilad and subsequent discussions lead to many more opportunities of demonstrating and sharing our faith in a just and compassionate God, who has given His Son so that we may live a new life through Him.
A big praise for this week is that we were able to schedule a vacation and visit to the States for November. It's been over a year since we were able to visit with family so this is a big, big blessing! For those of you who want to visit with us, we'll let you know about our itinerary details soon.
- Please pray for our "Care Team" member Celeste, as she is traveling to Kenya next week, to participate in Lakeside CC's ministry for two weeks. She will be encouraging single mothers and widows, and sharing her testimony - what a blessing!
- For follow up with the contacts we've made this fall, especially those who attended our Sukkot celebration, Miss "M", Miss "S", Miss "B", Miss Y, Mr. "S", Mr."N", Mr."C" and Mr"A". For the Lord to draw the right people to our sukkot outreach, and for direction and growth of our Congregation, Sh S.
-For spiritual growth of those we are discipling and teaching: Mr. F and his two sons, Mr.A, Miss T. Miss F, Gal, Jen and baby Katie.
-For the house church in Bethlehem and the Aqleh family. Please pray for their safety in the coming weeks, and for their transition to a more independently managed ministry.
-For Gal in her deployment in the Army- Please pray that the Lord will give her and the other soldiers in her unit, wisdom, skill and courage to handle every situation. Also for supernatural protection and peace.
- Please continue to pray for Amini and his family: We hear that he's currently in rehabilitative therapy, and also continuing with rounds of chemo therapy and radiation.
- Please pray for JM and I to grow in the area of time management and also communication skills. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed with all the ministry activities, and we want to be good stewards of our time, without getting spread too thin.
Solomon & Collett- Uganda
We want you to know that our baby J.J is healthy and growing; he is now six months old.
This is a Ugandan village called Rugombe; The church has a small shelter for meetings but this time many people have turn-up in such a way that we could not fit under this little place, so we go for the outdoor,
We have three teaching sessions a day. These are serious students of God’s word; they foot (travel) long distance to this place. sitting silently listening to God’s word.

I received summons for Jury duty on Maui Nov 14. After I FAXed a referral request because I'm on the mainland, I realized I didn't give enough data far off enough into the future for clarity in their reassignment of a new date. So Please pray for God's grace and His timing on when my name is placed on the docket in the future.
Charity, the EARS student wanting to go to Kenya in January still lacks funding despite lots of effort in that direction. Also her car died and was junked.
