Passover - what a wonderful time! a vast majority have never been to anything like this. We have people from almost all points of the Middle East there! Everyone spoke of how much they love it!
- Easter - WOW! We saw people come we had never met before and handed out the gospel and watched people respond.
- first time in the St Saviour's church building - it is a good place to start, but can see it becoming too small and obsolete within weeks at best.
- We joined in the community service with a few other churches
Prayer Requests:
- We are now officially a recognized Charity in London (In American terms we have both our corporation and non-profit status) Praise God!
- Chante has been ill for quite some time with something bronchial. It seems to stem from allergies, but clearly has moved into something more nasty. please pray for her healing.
- Ruthie still has been aching for a dog, and we still have about 12 more months lease on a house that doesn't permit it. Please keep her and her walk in your prayers.
- Suz's birthday was today, we boarded a train for the coast (which turns out to be about £5 a person and a 56 minute trip!) it was a great day of relaxing by the rocky beach. Please, if you get a chance, wish her a happy birthday and lift up a prayer for her today!
- Landon's fiance will be coming to London this Sunday - She will be staying with a couple of gals in our fellowship. please keep them both in your prayer as they seek the Lord on how this is going to play out.
Lauren-
Praise!
We had our first Easter Sunday Service in a church building! Easter Sunday was amazing! The week was filled a Christian parade, Passover dinner, a free play of the Passion of Jesus, and Easter Services!
Outreach was great last week and this week! New people I've met through outreach came to the Easter events!
Praise the Lord He has been bringing new people who get to hear about the good news of Jesus every week!
Pray-
Please continue to pray for God to guide us to the right place for our Sunday services.
Please continue to pray for outreach and the people we talk to. Pray for soft hearts and hearts that are surrendered to the Lord.
More specific prayer requests from outreach people this week have been: prayer for a family who is going through a hard time because their dad had an affair; prayer for health and business; prayer so family members can come to London to live with working fathers; prayer for finding new places to live; prayer for school, tests and papers.
Tobi- Her time here as it winds down and she gets ready to go back to London.
Luke & Frida-

All three of our Passover seders went well. We had about 30-35 people at each dinner, so around 100 people all together. We didn't have as many unbelievers as we had hoped, but we still felt the Lord used these events to bless a variety of people in our community.
We had a special visit from Jen and her baby K, who stayed at our place for two days. It was really fun to see Jen with K, now 8 months old, laughing, playing, and crawling everywhere. Jen has grown a lot spiritually and personally. She is still soaking up information like a sponge, growing in her walk with the Lord day by day and learning how to be a good Mom.
- A was able to have a special visit with her brother, sister, and some Sudanese friends on Passover.
-The Lord, continues to give us His grace , moment by moment, in our role as foster parents. Praise the Lord!
Please pray:
-For grace, wisdom, peace, and victory in the battle with anxiety, as we continue learning about parenting.
-For A's acceptance of us as her foster parents, and for the Lord's help in transitioning her into a Hebrew language school.
- For wisdom in relating to A's family members.
-For financial resources needed to provide for A's basic needs and for her education.
-For Yoni's schedule and work.
-For the house church in B, that the Lord will continue to build it up, and bless those in attendance with a solid teaching from the Word of God.
-For spiritual growth of those we are discipling and teaching: Mr. F and his son, Mr. A, Mr L, Miss T. Miss F, Miss S, Gal, Jen and Baby
- For Gal - safety and peace.
-For the new mid-week congregational service, and especially for a permanent translator.
-For health: A is having some stress related health issues.

What's up with GUP?
Romans 12:10-11 "Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; not lagging diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord."
GUP is a ministry at Shoreline that serves in three main ways: Greeting - Ushering - Prayer.
Greeting is welcoming people as they walk through the church doors, sometimes for their very first time! We also make sure everyone is offered a bulletin.
Ushering includes helping people find what they're looking for: finding a seat, a children's ministry classroom, distributing Bibles, etc. Part of ushering people into worship is making sure the church is ready when people arrive. This includes opening set-up and closing clean-up.
Prayer is an essential part of any ministry. We pray before the service and are available while interacting with people if someone looks like they need prayer.
There are opportunities to serve with GUP on Wednesday night or Saturday night or Sunday mornings. GUPers usually serve once or twice a month. Please pray and seek the Lord over this opportunity. Contact Nolan or Rebecca Henderson (805.215.0932 or nolan.s.henderson@gmail.com) if you would like more info.

SENT PRAYER-
Ms (Israel)-
Praise
- We are definitely gearing up for the Passover season, with lots of opportunity to share the gospel, and a huge amount of organization and preparation to do. We plan to do three large Passover Seders (about 25 people each) at our congregation. One will be specifically geared for outreach. We're feeling both excitement and trepidation over this huge task we're facing.
-This week we have seen the Lord providing for the needs of those around us in miraculous ways: We succeeded in raising some financial support for C Japan- a Calvary Chapel in Tokyo that is assisting the tsunami victims in Northern Japan. We helped to raise support from within the believing community here in Israel and spoke to the Pastor there on skype today. He was very encouraged.
We also saw the Lord working in Jen's life this week. Several divine appointments led to us finding some financial support for her to help with dental care etc. This is a process we will continue to work on as she transitions from her program to "normal" life in about four months.
-The Lord, continues to give us His victory, grace and supernatural peace in our new role as foster parents. Praise the Lord!
Please pray:
-For preparations for the Passover season, for enough volunteers, and for unbelievers to attend our outreach Seder.
-For grace, wisdom, peace, and victory in the battle with anxiety, as we continue learning about parenting.
-For A's acceptance of us as her foster parents, of our household as her home and of the school we choose for her.
-For financial resources needed to provide for A's basic needs and for her education, and for another grant we have applied for to be disbursed soon.
